Regional Facilities Technician | Midlands Region | £40,000-£45,000 + £10K Bonus Potential + Vehicle | Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

We're recruiting for a growing property operator with a portfolio of luxury residential buildings across the Midlands. As new developments come online over the next five years, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and take ownership of a regional remit. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-sufficient engineer with a strong background in gas safety and heating systems, who enjoys working independently while building strong client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across multiple high-end residential sites
• Ensure compliance with gas safety regulations and heating system standards
• Liaise directly with site teams and clients to maintain excellent working relationships
• Manage your own schedule across a 40-hour week, resolving tasks during standard hours
• Support the wider FM team with general building services as needed

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a specialism in heating and gas safety
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Gas Safe registration, domestic/commercial heating systems)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
