Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the upkeep of the site and facilities.
  • Help implement the maintenance regime for facility services.
  • Supervise contractors and manage relationships.
  • Raise purchase requisitions for ongoing facilities services, projects, and contracts.
  • Compile asset registers.
  • Service and monitor facilities requests.
  • Keep compliance records up to date.
  • Complete EHS corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and improve office space standards, including personnel moves.
  • Maintain utilities records.
  • Perform other duties necessary to meet business needs.

Qualifications

  • Higher education or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer-focused response services.
  • Experience coordinating work activities.
  • Skilled in trade-related tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Physical & Environmental Demands

  • Work outdoors.

Time Travel Required

  • Up to 20% travel required.
