Job summary

Soho House & Co. is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation of building services across the House. You will lead daily maintenance operations, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards and that an exceptional experience is delivered for all members, guests, and team members.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in a similar role in hospitality, with strong technical knowledge and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in managing contractors and external suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facilities and Maintenance team to deliver high service standards.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
