Responsabilités

• Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs and upgrades for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanicals).
• Oversee and manage service requests for timely resolution.
• Schedule and supervise work by external contractors and maintain records of activities.
