Overview

This role is based in our London office, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office. Expect semi-regular travel to all office locations (Cardiff, Barcelona and Dublin).

We’re looking for a Space (Property/Facilities) Lead to scale our strategy and lead the team that manages our global property portfolio. This is a brand-new position, expanding our ‘Space & Community’ pillar, overseeing 6 team members across 4 sites. You’ll report to the Head of Culture and Engagement and work closely with teams across the company to create consistent, safe and delightful office experiences that enhance cultural integration and put the Monzonaut community first.
