Rolls-Royce in Derby is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Digital & IT team. You will take ownership of complex IT delivery projects for manufacturing facilities, coordinating with facilities, construction, IT and third-party partners to meet milestones and deliver value.

The role requires balance of governance and pragmatism, with strong stakeholder management and financial control. Hybrid on-site presence is required (minimum 3 days on site).

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large, complex or transformational projects.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity with clarity.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen including budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end IT facilities projects for new manufacturing facilities and relocations.
• Coordinate with facilities, construction, IT teams and suppliers to define requirements.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies with governance.
• Ensure architecture, cyber security and standards compliance.
• Drive on-time, on-budget project outcomes with continuous improvement.
