Description

As the Fairground Technical Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring we comply with all aspects of current regulatory and legislation requirements. To do so, you will coordinate routine technical inspections, maintenance and repairs to all fairground rides and equipment as well as conducting daily ride opening and closing check audits. You will oversee all administrative duties relating to your role, as well as controlling and purchasing of stock and equipment. As the Shift Manager of this area, you will take the lead with team development, ensuring everyone is working with efficiency and excellence.

About You

For this hands-on role, you will be a proven leader with a sound technical background, preferably with a mechanical bias, including working with inspectors and organizing strip downs and rebuilds. You will be the first point of call for your team, so great communication and leadership skills are key. As part of this, you must be able to work on your own initiative, prioritize a demanding workload, and have a keen eye for detail. You will be thorough and meticulous in your approach.
