Job summary

Circle Health Group Hampshire Clinic - Basingstoke is seeking a Fabric Operative to join the Engineering department. The role covers painting, decorating and general fabric tasks across facilities, with a 37.5 hour week and a flexible shift pattern.

Applicants should hold a CSCS Card, be trained in Pasma/Ladder use, and be capable of hanging various wall coverings. Basic plumbing and carpentry duties may be required, along with contractor liaison.

Qualifications

• Current CSCS card at appropriate level.
• Trained on high working, including Pasma/Ladder use.
• Ability to hang wall coverings of various types and styles.
• Work independently in a methodical way.
• Experience with Contractors and coordination.
• Understanding of COSHH regulations.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide painting, decorating and general fabric tasks across Circle Health Group facilities.
• Carry out basic plumbing and carpentry work as required.
• Perform touch ups and fabric refurbishment on a rolling programme.
• Support sites across clusters during holidays, sickness or vacancies.
• Ensure redecorations align with lease obligations and schedules.
