What We Are Looking For...

Due to our continued global expansion, we are seeking an experienced Facilities Executive to join our team in Bracknell, Berkshire. The Facilities Executive ensures the Company’s physical properties are maintained while managing costs effectively.

Location

This role is fully office-based at our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire. To be considered, you must be able to reliably commute to the office five days a week. Please note that due to the nature of the position, some flexibility for out-of-hours requirements may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities of the Role
Facilities
  • Schedule building maintenance tasks and facilities-related appointments.
  • Establish, review, and improve facilities policies, processes, and procedures for Radius Court.
  • Liaise with companies, service providers, and contractors for building maintenance, cleaning, heating, electrical, and water treatment. Ensure work is performed to high standards and in accordance with SLAs, following up on deficiencies.
  • Ensure legal, efficient, and cost-effective waste management and recycling.
  • Obtain proper authorization for all activities, including from local authorities such as building control.
Contracts and Invoicing
  • Arrange service and maintenance contracts.
  • Source quotes for services and equipment.
  • Raise Purchase Orders and verify invoicing accuracy.
Environment, Health, and Safety
  • Ensure emergency provisions are adequate, including regular checks on equipment like emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, and wiring.
  • Monitor and review environment, health, and safety activities.
Administration
  • Provide reports and analysis as required.
  • Manage facilities-related paperwork, logs, and records.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
