About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing partner calls for your region, ensuring they are dealt with effectively, in a timely and professional manner.
• Logging all information in the database to enable accurate tracking and processing.
• Reviewing logged calls on the database to monitor completion times and assist partners in getting the solutions they need.
• Providing excellent customer service.

The Ideal Candidate
