Job summary

MILO Recruit Ltd presents a senior Facilities Engineer opportunity with an established manufacturing partner. You will lead long-term facilities strategy, manage site infrastructure, utilities and services to ensure safety, reliability and compliance.

Reporting to executive management, you will drive capital projects, oversee contractors, optimise maintenance through a CMMS, and foster continuous improvement to support manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities engineering in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and contractor management.
• Proven track record delivering capital expenditure projects and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a long-term facilities strategy aligned with operations and growth.
• Oversee day-to-day site infrastructure, utilities and building services for safety and efficiency.
• Manage capital investment projects from planning to delivery, on-time and within budget.
• Lead external contractors, maintain CMMS-driven maintenance and drive continuous improvement.
