Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is recruiting a Facilities Engineer for an established food manufacturing site in Andover, Hampshire. The role focuses on electrical maintenance, fault-finding, planned preventive maintenance and site projects to ensure reliability and high uptime.

The successful candidate will have hands-on electrical/multi-skilled maintenance experience, reading drawings, and knowledge of HS compliance. Competitive salary and benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• Electrical or multi-skilled maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Engineering qualification (Level 3 minimum; electrical preferred).

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned maintenance across site facilities.
• Undertake site projects to improve reliability and uptime while ensuring compliance.
• Support a small facilities team within a broader engineering department.
