Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Facilities / Maintenance Engineer for a major food manufacturing site in Andover, Hampshire. The role is hands-on, covering electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned maintenance across site facilities to maximise uptime and reliability.

You will join a small facilities team with a days shift (8am–4pm, with some flexibility). A Level 3 electrical qualification and strong fault-finding skills are required, and an attractive benefits package plus annual

Qualifications

• Electrical or multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Engineering qualification (Level 3 minimum – Electrical preferred).

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned maintenance across site facilities.
• Complete project work to improve reliability and uptime.
• Read electrical and mechanical drawings and ensure compliance with H&S standards (PUWER, LOLER, PAT, COSHH).
