Facilities Engineer

Role Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Engineer to join the Estates & Facilities team at NCG London Colleges. This key role involves managing, maintaining, and developing college facilities systems, alongside ensuring full compliance with estates statutory requirements.

You will provide vital technical engineering support across electrical, security, and building management systems, while leading the coordination of compliance programmes to maintain a safe, efficient, and legally compliant college environment.

You will be part of a professional and dedicated team, supporting the College in delivering a safe and functional environment for staff, students, and visitors. This role also involves liaising with contractors and internal teams to ensure maintenance and compliance work meet required standards.

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in facilities engineering and estates compliance, strong technical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
