Job summary

ARM LIMITED is seeking a Facilities Engineer in Bedfordshire to support construction, refurbishment and asset management projects within a busy manufacturing environment. You will create project documentation, develop planned maintenance schedules and review technical manuals while producing 2D/3D CAD drawings.

The role requires a background in facilities or related engineering, experience with asset maintenance, and strong CAD/CMMS skills.

Qualifications

• Background in Facilities, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering.
• Experience with industrial asset maintenance or maintenance planning.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience using CAD software and CMMS/asset management systems.

Facilities Engineer Location: Bedfordshire Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits We're recruiting for a Facilities Engineer to join a leading engineering organisation, supporting construction, refurbishment and asset management projects within a busy manufacturing environment. The role involves supporting the delivery of facilities projects while managing asset information within a CMMS. Responsibilities include creating project documentation, developing planned maintenance schedules, reviewing technical manuals, and producing 2D/3D CAD drawings.

What We're Looking For

• Background in Facilities, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering
• Experience with industrial asset maintenance or maintenance planning
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Experience using CAD software and CMMS/asset management systems
• Strong organisational and communication skills

Desirable

• IBM TRIRIGA or similar CMMS experience
• HNC/HND or Degree in an engineering or facilities-related discipline
• Experience supporting construction or refurbishment projects
