MCS Group is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Belfast, as they seek to recruit a Facilities Engineer to join their well-established engineering team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities professional or Engineer to take on a diverse role in a large-scale, advanced manufacturing environment.

You'll support key infrastructure, utilities, and service contracts while driving energy and environmental initiatives across the site.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and maintenance of site facilities, including plant services and service contracts. The role also offers the opportunity to support cost-reduction projects and environmental performance improvements.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Equipment and building maintenance coordination
• Management of service contracts and external suppliers
• Site utilities and estate services support
• Supporting HSE, energy, environmental, and waste management initiatives
• Data collection, reporting, and analysis of key site metrics
• Participation in facilities-related projects, upgrades, and improvements
• Driving compliance with health and safety and operational standards
