Job summary

Pareto Facilities Management seeks a Facilities Electrician to join our engineering team based in Hemel Hempstead with occasional travel to Covent Garden, Milton Keynes and Loughborough.

This hands-on role covers electrical maintenance and wider building services, from planned and reactive tasks to fault finding, installations, compliance works and contractor support, delivering a professional service to the client.

Qualifications

• Solid electrical maintenance experience within facilities/building services.
• Proficient fault finding and repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage maintenance issues end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance requests.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform repairs and remedial works.
• Carry out electrical installation works as required.
• Support wider building services (mechanical, plumbing, HVAC) when needed.
• Manage maintenance requests from initial report through to completion and update client and team.
