Facilities Duty Manager

As a Facilities Duty Manager, you'll:

  • Manage and lead the Sodexo team to deliver exceptional facilities services, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee all aspects of Sodexo services, including cleaning, security, and facilities, while maintaining quality standards and meeting financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, as well as statutory and contractual requirements across all services.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring they meet operational needs and deliver the agreed service standards.
  • Monitor and control the service efficiently, managing stock, invoicing, and addressing any issues to maintain optimal service delivery.

What we're looking for:

  • A proactive attitude, flexibility with duties and working hours, and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The candidate must be able to work independently and possess excellent relationship management skills.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively are crucial.
  • Proven experience in stock control, delivering financial targets, and achieving quality standards and customer satisfaction is required.
  • IT and systems literacy, along with a desirable NEBOSH qualification, is necessary for monitoring and reporting within quality assurance systems.
