Salary: £29,198.33 - £31,589.07 per annum

Role Purpose

We have a new and exciting opportunity based at the Galashiels Interchange for an enthusiastic and motivated Facilities Coordinators. The successful candidate needs to be a strong team player would good communication skills. Along with managing the day to day facility aspects of the Galashiels interchange they would also be required to over see and manage the facilities services at number of additional council buildings and schools within the local area. This includes the line management of cleaners, janitors and school crossing patrollers. This is a key holder position with the requirement of attending out of hours call outs when required (both during the week and at weekends). The right candidate needs to be flexible to meet the needs of the service and be able to respond to tasks quickly and efficiently.

Essential
  • Standard Grade in English and Maths
  • Substantial Relevant Experience
  • A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
