Facilities Coordinator (6 month FTC)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join us on a 6-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will assist the Business Services Director with setting up new offices and assisting with the consolidation and rebranding of our offices.

This role requires travel across our UK office locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Business Services Director in strategic planning and execution of office consolidations.
  • Support management of lease agreements, including negotiations with landlords and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate logistics and timelines for office relocations to minimize business disruption.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of facilities services.
  • Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Support budget management for facilities operations, including expense tracking and reporting.
  • Build positive relationships with staff to meet their facilities and office environment needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in office management or facilities coordination is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations is advantageous.

The candidate must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for travel.

The salary range for this role is £30,000 to £35,000 annually, depending on experience.
