Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 plus benefits including Private Health, Dental, Gym, Bonus, etc.

We are seeking a Facilities & Hospitality Coordinator for a prestigious international law firm in Manchester. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in their Manchester office, integral to the Workplace Experience team—focused on delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless, welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.

The Role:

The Facilities & Hospitality Coordinator will manage daily operations, providing high-level client service and workplace support to create a positive experience for visitors and staff. Full-time, in-person presence required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to internal and external visitors, handling requests promptly and professionally.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for workplace and facilities queries, offering support and guidance.
  • Coordinate room bookings, AV equipment, and meeting setups for events and conferences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service processes and workplace experience.
  • Support health and safety practices and ensure compliance across the site.
About You:
  • Approachable and positive demeanor, committed to excellent service.
  • Experience in facilities, hospitality, or workplace support within a professional or corporate environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of health & safety standards; IOSH or NEBOSH certification preferred.
  • Collaborative and customer-focused attitude.
