Job summary

Smart Managed Solutions is seeking a capable engineering leader to manage and control maintenance and repair of M&E equipment across multiple blue-chip contracts. You will ensure assets operate correctly and records are kept in line with regulatory practice, delivering a smart, world-class service and driving innovation.

You will lead a diverse team in engineering services, monitor PPM and reactive work, and produce monthly reports with actions tracked to completion.

Qualifications

• Must have recognised industry qualification in at least one of the following disciplines: Electrical (BSth Edition); Electrical (C&G2391 Inspection and Testing); C&G Mechanical & HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control maintenance and repair of M&E equipment across multiple blue-chip contracts.
• Ensure appropriate operation of assets and maintain records in line with regulatory practice.
• Deliver a Smart and world-class service and lead innovation.
• Lead a diverse team across multiple engineering skills and monitor maintenance activities.
• Produce monthly reports and ensure statutory certifications are available on request.
