Job Description:

FM Conway is recruiting for a Facilities Compliance Technician to support facilities and safety compliance across our depots. You will carry out inspections and testing to ensure systems meet legal and company standards. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sevenoaks, with travel to other sites.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting L8 Water Hygiene Testing and inspections
• Reporting anomalies and escalating remedial actions
• Performing fire safety inspections and checks
• Logging faults and maintenance requirements
• Testing emergency lighting and reporting failures
• Carrying out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
• Ensuring safety and compliance standards are met

Requirements:

• Experience in compliance, facilities, or technical maintenance roles
• Knowledge of L8 water hygiene, fire safety, and PAT standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Full UK driving license
