A cultural community organization in Scotland is seeking a Facilities and Compliance Officer to ensure the safety and functionality of its premises. The role includes managing facilities operations, health & safety compliance, and supporting community events. Candidates should have experience in facilities management and a strong understanding of health regulations. This position offers a salary of £28,000–£30,000 FTE along with a pension contribution.
The Facilities and Compliance Officer ensures Old School Thornhill is safe, functional and welcoming, while supporting future projects with their skills and expertise.
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 FTE + 5% pension contribution
Contract: 28 hours/week, 12-month fixe

The Facilities and Compliance Officer is a key member of our team, ensuring the building is safe, functional and responsive to the needs of its users. The role also supports planning and implementing any future capital projects undertaken by the Trust.
