You'll hold a NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and bring a solid understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements within the built environment.

With relevant experience in a facility and/or estates role, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site organisation, you've successfully led teams, managed contractors, and delivered a wide range of maintenance and compliance programmes-balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.

Key Skills & Attributes
  • Proven experience leading a facilities or estates team with a collaborative and proactive approach
  • Strong project management skills, including use of tools such as MS Project (or similar)
  • BIFM (or equivalent) qualification is desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a dynamic estate
  • Clear and effective communicator-both written and verbal-confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong team player who also thrives working independently and using initiative
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required

If you're passionate about creating safe, compliant, and well-managed environments, and ready to play a leading role in a supportive and growing organisation-we'd love to hear from you.
