Job summary

Hoe Valley School is seeking a Facilities and Compliance Manager to lead premises and catering, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment for students and staff. The role has strategic responsibility for health and safety, GDPR compliance and governance in line with school objectives.

You will manage the Premises Team, coordinate external contractors, monitor utilities and sustainability, oversee budgets and compliance calendars, and act as the operational lead for data

• Lead day-to-day management of the school's premises and facilities
• Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance programmes
• Ensure buildings, grounds and facilities are maintained to a high standard
• Manage maintenance contracts and oversee external contractors
• Monitor utilities, energy consumption and sustainability initiatives
• Coordinate emergency repairs and business continuity arrangements
• Support capital improvement projects
• Ensure security arrangements are effective, including access control and alarms
