Job summary

The Perse School Cambridge invites applications for a Building Services and Compliance Officer to support safe, efficient and compliant operation of the school estate. You will oversee building services, minor upgrades and ensure records are well ordered to support end-user requirements.

You will manage contractors on site, undertake compliance inspections, implement remedial action plans, and contribute to safeguarding through appropriate procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, efficient and compliant operation of the school estate.
• Provide proactive and reactive support and supervision of planned upgrades.
• Undertake compliance checks and complete associated repairs where suitable.
• Manage contractors on site to ensure compliance in specialist areas.
• Create action plans for remedial work and ensure evidence and record keeping of estates compliance.
