A leading facilities service provider in the UK is seeking a Facilities Compliance & CAFM Manager in Salisbury. This role involves overseeing audit and compliance functions, managing a CAFM team, and ensuring safety and compliance across a large estate. Our client is a specialist facilities service provider delivering services to a commercial portfolio across the UK. They are hiring a Facilities Compliance & CAFM Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, responsible for overseeing the audit and compliance functions across a large, secure estate.
Your new role
As the Facilities Compliance & CAFM Manager, you will lead both the compliance and audit functions within the Operational Support team. You will also manage the CAFM team, ensuring all asset data across the contract is accurately maintained and up to date. Your responsibilities include chairing working groups, developing long-term asset management plans, enforcing audit regimes, and reporting on statutory compliance to ensure safety, compliance, and value addition.
You will produce high-quality documentation, manage performance reports, own the Forward Additional Services Plan (FASP), and support lifecycle management strategies with technical leads. You will liaise with internal teams and client stakeholders, playing a key role during audits, risk reviews, and quality assurance checks.
You will also ensure compliance with standards such as SFG20, SOP19/02, EM02, and JSP375, promoting best practices and efficiency. Providing technical support to site teams, supply chains, and end users, you will champion safety and support change management initiatives across the estate.
