Job summary

Alliance Homes Group is seeking a part-time administrator to support the Facilities and Asset Management Team in Weston-super-Mare. The role involves handling legal, lease and compliance documentation for commercial properties, with varied admin duties across busy days.

You will liaise with solicitors, landlords and customers to obtain documentation, schedule renewals for Gas Safe certificates and Legionella assessments, and coordinate with contractors.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your record keeping.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic financial administration skills.
  • Knowledge of property compliance and health and safety regulations preferred but training provided.

The vacancy

Actual Salary £17,693.83 per annum

24 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Facilities and Asset Management Team, who will support the team by ensuring all legal, lease and compliance documentation for our commercial properties is maintained, up to date and easily accessible.

With a wide reach of administrative duties, you will have variety to your day.

You could be liaising with solicitors, landlords and customers to obtain missing documentation one moment and the next tracking and scheduling renewals for Gas Safety certificates, Legionella Risk Assessments.

You could then be assisting with scheduling assessments and inspections with our contractors. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys mutli-tasking!

About You

Already a strong administrator, you will have strong attention to detail and accuracy in your record keeping. You will be proficient in MS office and be able to complete basic financial administration skills.

Knowledge of property compliance and health and safety regulations is preferred but full training will be given to the right candidate.

Due to the nature of the role, as you will need to travel between our sites on a regular basis, a full driving licence with access to your own car is needed.
