Duties/Responsibilities
Location: Alexandra Dock, Hull
Salary: £30,000 + OT
Working hours: Monday to Friday 07.30am to 16.30pm
Contract Type: Permanent (40 hours per week)

Role Purpose
To support the Facilities Manager in ensuring compliance with the agreement between EMCOR UK and the client. The Facilities Co-Ordinator will manage the service deliverables for all soft services to promote an ethos of teamwork and to instil a culture ofcontinuous improvement. You'll also provide administrative support to ensure that our workflow is delivered effectively and efficiently.
