Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all office, kitchen, washroom and communal areas.
• Clean, tidy and replenish washroom facilities, ensuring consumables are stocked.
• Ensure kitchens and break areas are clean, organised and maintained, including dishwashing and fridge hygiene.
• Carry out routine cleaning of reception areas, meeting rooms, corridors, stairwells, offices and other shared spaces.
• Empty waste and recycling bins and dispose of waste correctly.
• Prepare meeting rooms and communal areas to a professional standard for employees and visitors.
• Maintain Zone facilities, including kitchen and shower areas, ensuring they remain clean, safe and welcoming.
• Remove litter, used crockery and other clutter from workspaces and communal areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and report maintenance or health and safety concerns.
• Assist with opening and securing the building, including locking doors, setting alarms and end-of-day checks.
• Support the wider facilities team in maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment.
