Job summary
Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Facilities Cleaner for our Rocester site. You will join the Pinnacle Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team, maintaining high cleanliness standards across staff facilities and canteens.
Access to transport is required due to shift patterns or live locally. The role involves damp mopping, waste removal, toilet hygiene, and operating industrial cleaning equipment in line with health & safety and COSHH regulations.

- Experience working to tight schedules.
Responsibilities
- Damp & spot mopping, dusting & polishing of surfaces to clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces.
- Cleaning toilet facilities, hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels.
- Removal of waste from internal litter bins.
- Keep the canteen/coffee points clean and tidy at all times.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with health & safety and COSHH regulations.

Pinnacle Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Facilities Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness at our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester, ST14. Access to own transport required due to shift pattern or live locally
Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.
Your role will involve cleaning the on-site staff facilities, including toilet blocks, changing rooms, shower cubicles & canteens. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
We are offering a permanent contract of 37.5 hours, working Monday to Friday, either 6 am - 2 pm or 7 am - 3 pm shift.
