Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a General Operative for Cleaning & Car Park Marshalling. The role covers cleaning public areas, maintaining hygiene, and guiding vehicle flow within the car park. You will report safety issues and adhere to COSHH guidelines while providing a professional service on-site.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, capable of working outdoors in all weather, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise public areas including entrances, toilets, walkways, and food court zones.
• Empty bins regularly and ensure waste areas are kept tidy and hygienic.
• Restock cleaning supplies in restrooms and ensure dispensers are functional.
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to health & safety regulations and COSHH guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the site.
• Monitor and guide vehicle flow to ensure safe and efficient parking.
• Assist visitors with directions and general enquiries related to parking.
• Report any incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity to site management.
• Ensure designated parking areas are kept clear and accessible.
• Support traffic control during peak times and special events.
