The company are a leading hospitality business, operating out of east London. You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to expand their building maintenance team.
In this role you will primarily be responsible for maintaining the building fabric and upkeep of two hospitality sites. This will involve building inspections, PPM schedules and liaising with contractors. An understanding of health and safety would be beneficial.
