Job summary

Welbeck is recruiting a Facilities Associate to create a safe, welcoming and well-presented environment for patients, guests and staff. You will work across patient-facing and back-of-house areas, supporting day-to-day centre operations including portering, laundry movement and waste management.

You will collaborate with Facilities and Housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a consistently excellent patient and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Move supplies, stores and laundry safely between departments.
• Ensure regular and appropriate waste removal from the building.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked refreshment stations for patients and staff.
• Keep clinical, patient and back-of-house areas at a high standard of presentation.
• Contribute to a first-class patient and guest experience through a professional, proactive approach.
