A local care organization in Thurso seeks a part-time Facilities Assistant to maintain a clean environment and support care for residents. Applicants should be compassionate and willing to learn. FACILITIES ASSISTANT (BAND 2)

(Salary: £25,694 - £27,900 pro-rata)

This post is responsible to carry out domestic duties as required within the unit (as directed by the senior staff), in order to maintain a clean environment in adherence with infection prevention and control policies and procedures.


Applicants should have experience of working with people in a care setting and show a willingness to undertake any relevant training.


This is a part-time permanent post of 17 hours per week. Shift pattern will consist of both weekends and weekdays. Weekend and Public Holiday enhancements are provided. For more details please refer to the Job Description.
