A Facilities Management Company is looking for a Facilities Assistant 2 to support property management and maintenance at Lochaber High School. This permanent position offers 20 hours of work per week, with a salary ranging from £14,175 to £15,527 per annum. Duties include assisting with health & safety protocols and cleaning activities. Job Purpose: To assist the Area Facilities Supervisor/ Team Leader in the provision of an effective Facilities Management Service with regards to property management, building access and egress, maintenance, health & safety and cleaning activities.
