Facilities Assistant Job Description

As a Facilities Assistant, you will be part of a team that delivers specific outcomes for customers and stakeholders, with responsibilities for service and project delivery.

The quality of services provided to customers will be a key focus for the Facilities Management Team and will be transparent to our Customers and Stakeholders.

You will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to our customers daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors and supporting them appropriately
  • Ensuring security procedures are followed
  • Supporting services such as porterage, meeting room management, and managing the FM mailbox
  • Conducting inductions for new starters, including H&S and environmental inductions
  • Logging, facilitating, and overseeing reactive and PPM visits
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental and HSEQ standards
  • Completing and ensuring compliance with traffic management plans, fire risk assessments, and water hygiene arrangements
  • Participating in audits, including security audits
  • Supporting the delivery of low to medium risk projects
