Oasis Academy Sholing is seeking a dedicated Cluster Facilities Assistant to join the Oasis Property & Estates Team. The role involves supporting daily facilities operations, assisting with the Facilities Team, and upholding health, safety and compliance across the academy and potentially other Oasis sites.
The role runs Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, with shifts starting as early as 7am and finishing by 6pm.

Property and Estates provide a vital service to our educational environments and are a group of property experts who understand the challenges and demands of running an educational estate.
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Cluster Facilities Assistant to join us in creating an outstanding centre of educational excellence at Oasis Academy Sholing. The successful candidate will be a passionate and driven individual with good communication, practical and organizational skills, and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our pupils and their communities.
The role is Monday - Friday 37 hours per week. The shift patterns are to be confirmed but the earliest start time will be 7am and latest finish time would be 6pm. Any evening or weekend works would be paid as overtime. This post may also include working at local Academies (Oasis Academy Mayfield & Lords Hill) if needed to cover holidays and absence - travel expenses will be paid.
The Property and Estates team offer the Academy an outstanding day to day service of managing and up keeping the grounds and the buildings. The team also maintains a high level of Health and Safety and Compliance. As a Cluster Facilities Assistant you will play an instrumental part in the daily operations of the Academy and management of the Facilities Team.
