Your role
Daily facility site welfare checks (all toilet areas stocked, beverage areas refilled, water trays & dishwashers emptied). Clear debris from bin store into the skip. ensure all external site is swept and clear of debris. paper and weeds. Tidy of external site areas, light pruning of hedges. Fleet management and monitoring. Uphold vehicle traffic of the site. Clean internal glass partitions. Ensure the van wash & air pump is working, refill with fuel soap. Overseeing the monitoring, distribution and recording of all plant equipment. Any minor site repairs (toilet seats, putting up notice boards/shelves, lock change etc) Assist and ensure facilities are suitable and comfortable for personnel and visitors. Provide administrative support for maintenance works. Undertake such additional duties as a reasonably commensurate with the level of post
What We Need From You.
Good level of education. To be competent in all aspects of Microsoft office and have good organisational skills. Experience working within the social housing sector (desirable). Demonstrated ability to improve service and performance and be capable of using IT systems, including Microsoft Office software in particular Outlook, Word & Excell.
