The Facilities Team operates across three high prestige buildings in Leamington Spa town centre: The Royal Spa Centre, The Royal Pump Rooms and Leamington Spa Town Hall. We cover a wide range of duties that include face-to-face customer service, seating and format changes for shows and events, setting up AV equipment for council meetings, and post-event and pre-event cleaning. We regularly deal with a broad spectrum of customers including the general public, councillors, contractors, artists and visiting companies.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. They must be able to offer a good degree of flexibility in terms of availability as there are occasionally unsociable hours associated with the work. The work can also be physically demanding so a degree of fitness is also essential. We are looking for someone with a good can-do attitude who can problem solve and remain calm when under stress.
