A prominent health services provider in Inverness is seeking a Facilities Assistant to ensure high standards of service across Catering, Laundry, and Domestic services. The successful candidate will work under varying shift patterns, maintaining cleanliness in compliance with NHS standards. Essential skills include the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Training will be provided for those without an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate.
We are currently seeking to recruit a Facilities Assistant to join our team at New Craig’s Inverness. There may be a requirement to work across other facilities within the locality. You must be able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative, follow instructions and possess good communication skills. The role is varied to provide services to the Catering, Laundry and Domestic services with a variety of shift patterns to support the needs of the services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained in line with local infection control policies, Covid 19 guidance and maintaining compliance with the NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specification and Waste Regulations. You will meet specified cleaning schedules and promote and maintain high standards of cleanliness within the environment.
