Key Responsibilities
  • Front of house such as welcoming visitors & supporting them appropriately
  • Ensuring security procedures are followed
  • Delivery of support services such as porterage, meeting room management, managing the FM mailbox
  • Inductions for new starters, including H&S and environmental inductions
  • Logging, facilitating and overseeing reactive and PPM visits
  • Ensuring compliance for environmental & HSEQ standards
  • Completion and compliance of traffic management plans, Fire risk assessments and water hygiene arrangements as appropriate
  • Completing and assisting with audits including security
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced/office environment
