Job description

On behalf of a global organization, Randstad is keen to recruit an experienced Facilities Assistant to join a large corporate office environment based in Belfast City Centre.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the facilities help-desk and provide professional front of house and reception cover for visitors.
  2. Assist external contractors, suppliers, and maintenance staff to operate efficiently on-site.
  3. Manage meeting room setups and ensure rooms are prepared in advance of bookings.
  4. Deliver catering to meeting rooms and handle mail-room services, including deliveries, collections, and outbound postal items.
  5. Support facilities help-desk operations, log jobs/queries, and ensure reactive works are completed promptly.
  6. Assist with security access procedures for staff, visitors, and contractors.
  7. Participate in building walks and inspections, and undertake First Aid and Fire Warden responsibilities after training.

Requirements
