We're looking for a polite, friendly and flexible individual to join our established FM team, who have the responsibility for welcoming both staff and members of the public. Being part of a professional team, you'll deliver excellent customer service to staff and visitors.
In your role you'll demonstrate good interpersonal skills, be adaptable and flexible in work style, supportive to your colleagues and peers, and have tact. You'll be able to support and communicate in various scenarios, tailoring your approach accordingly. You'll also have good IT skills. The role can be demanding in peak periods, with flexible working necessary to support other Facilities Management Teams as and when required.
Due to the duties involved in this role you'll need to be able to fulfil the moving / handling requirements as detailed in the Candidate Pack. The working week is 37 hours, 08.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 08.30am - 4.30pm on Friday.
Training will be provided to assist you in this role including First Aid and Manual Handling.
