We’re excited to offer an opportunity for two Facilities and Workplace Services Assistants to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on office-based role with a varied to-do list and a work environment that’s always evolving – no two days are the same! You'll be an integral member of a Helpdesk, providing support to the smooth running of the building and delivering workplace support for staff, tenants, visitors and contractors.
This role will enable you to build your career in workplace and facilities management. You’ll be at the heart of delivering essential services, collaborating on initiatives that enhance how we use our spaces and developing valuable knowledge in health, safety and compliance.

The location for this role is 16 Summer Lane. Whilst the organisation offers hybrid working, the nature of this role requires someone on-site 5 days a week, with some flexibility offered in time. Please note, this is the minimum expectation.?
