  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimise disruption.
  • Conduct inspections and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
  • Coordinate specialist repairs and compliance inspections.

As Facilities and Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine and reactive maintenance across the site
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests to minimise disruption
  • Conducting inspections and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Coordinating specialist repairs and compliance inspections
  • Maintaining accurate logs, reports, and inventory records
  • Monitoring building systems and reporting faults or inefficiencies

As Facilities and Maintenance Technician, your experience will include:

  • Proven experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role
  • Good working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
  • Understanding of UK health and safety standards
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2/3)
  • Experience with facilities management systems and RAMS
