Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to support our core operations by providing essential administrative support to the Facilities and Health & Safety function, driving safety, compliance, and operational excellence within a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility. You will:

  • Manage contract audit files, keeping all documentation current.
  • Oversee Hard FM maintenance records and compliance reporting.
  • Collate documents for internal and external compliance audits.
  • Collaborate with teams and clients to support compliance processes.
  • Track and report corrective actions to resolution.
  • Handle general admin tasks: orders, scheduling, CAFM system updates, and management reports.
  • Lead compliance oversight within CAFM, including team training.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety policies.

The Successful Applicant

A detail-focused and proactive professional with proven experience supporting Facilities and Health & Safety functions. Skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels and delivering clear, accurate reporting to drive compliance and operational success.They will:

  • Have excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively across teams
  • Have strong analytical ability with expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Proficient in PC use and business systems, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient day-to-day operations. Experience with CAFM systems would be desirable.
  • Have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Be able to manage workload efficiently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proactively identify issues and opportunities to improve processes
