Job Description:

Join Adra as a Facilities and Cyclical Co-ordinator and take the lead in maintaining safe, welcoming, and efficient spaces across North Wales - where every improvement counts.

Facilities and Cyclical Co-ordinator
Ty Coch – Bangor

  • 37 hours per week

We are Adra. We provide quality homes in North Wales. We're not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across North Wales.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in surveying, preparation of accurate reports and working within the social housing sector or similar.
  • Proven experience working with various service providers / contractors.
  • Have good technical knowledge of properties, construction and the built environment.
  • Have extensive understanding and working knowledge of IT systems.
  • Have excellent time management, high levels of customer service satisfaction and excellent communication skills.

Language Requirements: The ability to communicate (verbal & written) fluently in both Welsh/English
