Facilities & Compliance Officer

Grade 10 scp 26 – 28 £37,280 - £39,152 as at April 2025, Actual Salary is calculated pro rata to working weeks and depends on length of service

Full Time : 37 hours a week Monday to Friday

Permanent Contract, Term time plus 1 week (extra week date to be agreed)

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities and Compliance Officer to join our team.In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enforcing strategic policies for estates and operations across the Trust.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Leading all Health and Safety initiatives to ensure full legal compliance.
  • Overseeing strategic estates management, including project development and managing Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) bids.
  • Guiding our journey towards sustainability and net zero goals.
  • Maintaining fixed asset registers, inventory, and statutory training records.
  • Collaborating with the CEO and our IT consultant on IT management and procurement.
